Guests and members of the kitchen brigade enjoy a uniquely convivial relationship, built around Annabella’s kitchen where guests can be intimately involved in the preparation of the various dishes that make up their meal.
Annabella's offers a daily changing five course choice dinner and each menu is based on a taste of Telfair with a historical theme linking back to Annabella's kitchen as follows: The past of Annabella Telfair, Our Tom Chandley oven, Our Bel Ombre seafood prepared in a renaissance style, Our Chef goes crazy, Cuisine of the Indian trade route, Our Chef’s little culinary secrets, A voyage from Brittany, Creole cooking from Valriche, etc.
Open for breakfast and dinner the main restaurant is designed on four levels, and affords stunning views of the mountains and the river. The terrace is perfect for a starlit dinner.
